We are partnering with @bcedl_psa to offer a full day with back to back virtual sessions, about Artificial Intelligence and Education. Tickets are $25. Artificial Intelligence and the ClassroomOrganized by BC Educators for Digital Learning & BC Early Careers Teachers' Association Session 1 will focus on implications with assessment & intrinsic/extrinsic motivation. "We are thrilled to announce the 16th annual Vancouver Brain Bee, scheduled for Saturday, April 6th at the Djavad Mowafaghian Centre for Brain Health. This event is a unique, Spelling Bee-styled Neuroscience competition designed for high school students in grades 9-12. This full-day interactive event allows students to test their neuroscience knowledge, engage in lab tours and interact with graduate students and professors. Local competition winners advance to the first phase of the National Brain Bee, which will be a virtual event held on April 20th, 2024. The top three participants will advance to The Final Showdown of the National competition, an in-person event at the Canadian Association of Neuroscience Conference in Vancouver on May 21, 2024. The winner of Nationals will advance to the International Brain Bee, representing Canada!"
