We have keen interest in consulting with Faculties of Education, School Boards, Human Resources, local unions & the BC Teachers' Federation
We aim to support the Education system's ability to be responsive to New Teachers' & TTOCs current needs & experiences in holistic ways.
We are a non-profit organization, so some form of compensation in the form of financial donation to BCECTA, goods or services in exchange are appreciated in order to sustain our work.

- Co-facilitation of Induction Ceremonies
- Advising & co-designing Human Resources onboarding (training / orientation of new teachers)
- Co-Designing Professional Learning Series for TTOCs, and facilitating both local and district collaboration.
- Consulting in a constructive manner re: preservice training programs, curriculum & syllabi in Faculties of Education
- Facilitating & presenting for Education Cohorts / Modules
